Moving south of Atlanta?

Start with the guide I wish I'd had: how the three towns really compare, why location matters more than the floor plan, and the small things nobody tells you.

People first.
Homes second.
Community always.

I help you find the right town before you fall for the house. Senoia, Peachtree City and Fayetteville each offer a different version of life south of Atlanta.

Let's find yours.

Not sure which town fits? I'll show you what daily life actually feels like in each one, from school runs to Saturday mornings.

Buying

From established neighborhoods to new construction, I help you find a home that improves your life, not just your square footage.

Selling

Your home deserves more than a listing. With a background in home staging, I'll help it show up as its best self.

Meet Michelle Matthiae

Yes, it has extra letters, but it rhymes with Kathy!

Michelle has spent much of her career in public relations, marketing, and entrepreneurship, with a little interior design and home staging thrown in for good measure. She's owned businesses, consulted with startup nonprofits, and discovered that some of her most rewarding work happens when she brings people together.

Over the years, she's helped families facing homelessness, organized community-wide events, and worked with local leaders to tackle issues that matter to the people who live there. More recently, she founded The Grace and Grit Society, bringing women over 40 together for friendship, fun, and a little adventure. Clearly, she has a hard time sitting still.

After relocating with her husband and teenage son, Michelle fell in love with Senoia and the communities south of Atlanta. She knows firsthand that moving isn't just about finding a house. It's about finding your people, discovering your favorite little places, and feeling like you belong.

That belief is at the heart of how she approaches real estate. She brings years of marketing experience, an eye for a home's potential, and a genuine interest in helping people find a place where they can build a life they love.

People First. Homes Second. Community Always.

Closing for a Purpose

Your move. A little more good.

Home is about more than where we live, it's about the communities we care about.

When you buy or sell with me, I'll donate a portion of my commission to a charity of your choice. It's my way of celebrating your next chapter while supporting a cause close to your heart.

The Neighborhood Tea

I want you to love where you live

Let's start with coffee and what you want your life to look like. The house comes  later.
